Soldly connects Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp business accounts at the request of a company owner to analyse customer conversations. We store access tokens, page and account identifiers, and the messages received after the connection.

How to delete your data

1. In Soldly open Settings → Integrations, choose Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp and click Disconnect. Access tokens are removed immediately.
2. To delete conversation history as well, email info@soldly.ai from a company administrator address with the company and page name. We delete within 30 days and confirm by email.
3. If you remove the Soldly app in your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta sends us an automated request: we immediately delete the access tokens and the conversation history of the channels you connected, and show a confirmation code on this page.

What remains

After deletion we keep no tokens, account identifiers or message texts. Anonymised statistics (number of conversations per period) without any link to individuals may be kept for the client company's reporting.
